The Stench
Find out how Ken Cuccinelli's not just a tinfoil-hat, John Birch Society-style, extremist wackjob, he's also corrupt, in the The Continuing Chronicle of Ken Cuccinelli's Corruption. It really stinks!

Here are a few Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Monday, September 10.

*Obama's advantage, Romney's openings
*Within Hours, Mitt Romney Takes Back Everything He Said About Preexisting Conditions (Here's the thing: conservatives shouldn't trust this guy as far as they can throw him, as his word is utterly meaningless.)
*Virginia Republican moves to eliminate corporate income tax ("'Unless he has another source of revenue, it's fiscally irresponsible at a time when we need an increase in revenues,' said Sen. Don McEachin, D-Henrico.")
*Obama leads by 5 in Ohio (Can Willard win without Ohio? Doubtful. Without Ohio or Virginia? No way. So let's make sure he doesn't win Virginia!)
*North Carolina remains extremely tight (Obama 49%-Romney 48%; I'll take it!)
*Annals of Post-Truth Politics: Good for Norah O'Donnell
*Obama beats Romney in August Fundraising - $114 million
*Virginia hires consultants to vet port deals, handle public relations
*Editorial: Two takes on government ("Obama offers small, practical goals for a second term, while Romney struggles to define his role.")
*Fairfax board looks to preserve social services
*Charlottesville Democrats Host Fish Fry Picnic
*A broken system for development
*PHOTOS: Mount Vernon Democrats Hold Ice Cream Social
*Marlins continue to play nemesis role for Nationals with shutout victory
*Robert Griffin III stellar in NFL debut, leading Redskins over Saints

Senator Martin's proposal to eliminate corporate income taxes will indeed create more businesses in VA as vast numbers of the 1% create shell LLC entities to escape taxation on their personal income. His elimination of precious metal taxation dovetails nicely with the conservative love of gold speculation as evidenced by being strongly shilled by Glen Beck and Laura Ingraham.
