The Stench
Find out how Ken Cuccinelli's not just a tinfoil-hat, John Birch Society-style, extremist wackjob, he's also corrupt, in the The Continuing Chronicle of Ken Cuccinelli's Corruption. It really stinks!

Virginia News Headlines: Saturday Morning

Here are a few Virginia news headlines, political and otherwise, for Saturday, September 1. Also, check out the video to discover how the human (we think) named Willard "Mitt" Romney "built that!" LOL

*What's ahead if the Republicans win? ("If you want to know what the GOP really thinks, take some time and read the platform.")
*Fact check: Mitt Romney's convention speech (Lie after lie after lie...)
*Actually, Romney, Americans have been pessimistic since 1984 (Another lie by Willard)
*The G.O.P. Fact Vacuum ("Romney long ago demonstrated that he was willing to do anything and take any position - even if they contradicted previous ones - to make it to the White House. And while that may be fine for him, it shouldn't be fine with us.")
*Karl Rove jokes about murdering Rep. Todd Akin (Hahahaha, that's so funny Karl! Well, if you're a sociopath like Rove, perhaps, but not to anyone else. Barf.)
*James Lipton: Eastwood 'disrespectful' at RNC
*Eric Cantor 'Probably Can't Speak' To Why Paul Ryan Included Obama Medicare Cuts In His Budget (My god, these people are pathetic.)
*Mitt Romney speech leaves Ron Paul 'skeptical' (For once I agree with Ron Paul!)
*Judge grants Obama campaign's request to restore last 3 early voting days for all Ohio voters (Great news; now what about all the other states where Republicans are suppressing voters?!?)
*George Allen scraps ads in Virginia Senate race ("A less generous view - held by Democrats - is that the move is the consequence of Allen's fundraising deficit to Democrat Tim Kaine." So sad - boo hoo!!)
*Crossroads says state spending increased under Tim Kaine, causing budget shortfalls (Uhhhh...not exactly!)
*Better Know An Anti-LGBT Senate Candidate: Former Sen. George Allen (R-VA) (Allen: "I don't think this is acceptable behavior... and as a matter of government policy I don't think we should condone that sort of behavior")
*In Virginia, Skipping GOP Convention Works Out Well for George Allen (Gotta say, as much as I can't stand Allen, that was a smart move to skip out on the Republican hate-and-lie fest in Tampa.)
*Analysis: Senate race will get na-a-a-sty (Ya think? :))
*Obama and the Two Virginias ("The president's visit to Charlottesville brings out the two sharply different demographics fighting for power in the state.")
*Salahi to Kick Off Campaign With House Party (at His House, We Think) (Sounds like a fun party - lol!)
*Ryan says campaign will offer solutions (Yeah, if you define "solutions" as "the same old, completely discredited trickle-down/crony capitalism garbage that got us into this mess.)
*GOP Needs to Put Tourniquet on Northern Virginia: Tom Davis
*Hampton Roads port planning for possible dockworkers strike
*Fairfax, Arlington collect most tourist money
*Schmookler touts his civic cause inside county library
*Eagle cam stars need a new home
*Gio Gonzalez hurls first shutout as Nationals wallop Cardinals
*Jackson suspended; Hightower, Armstrong released from Redskins

P.S. As you fill up your car, you might want to keep the following in mind: Gas prices around the world: Relative to income, U.S. has some of the cheapest gas in the world
