I mean really ... what is so impressive about T-Mac? He's an insider political opportunist without any particular accomplishments in his life that show unselfishness.

Bill Clinton's womanizing essentially destroyed the Democratic Party for 5 years and ushered in Dubya. Clinton may be a fascinating person when it comes to talking politics & policy ... but his lower half ruled the upper half. And you have John Edwards taking cliff notes from the Big Dog.

Maybe that's what this joke is all about? That a few insiders can fool enough people to get a nomination ... to get elected ... and then cash in.

Sorry to rain on this parade (light hearted moment) ... but there are far better people out there who could and should run for office.

Where's Tom Perriello when you need him??

I think nominating Terry McAuliffe is extremely dangerous.
As someone from Hampton Roads, the guy just screams beltway bandit. That is more of a turn off to lots of folks in this political climate than Cuccinelli's right wing wackiness.
I reallly hope there is another viable option out there.

I say HELL YES! A VA Dem with some guts and smarts to back it up and not afraid to call BS on the extreme republicans....oh and guess what else he brings, that all elusive democratic successful businessman Column, like Warner

Oh and if you have never seen the reception he gets from Dems from all over the state then you need to pay attention.  he brought the house down at the state convention...there will be no challenger
